The in itself watermelon diet is very simple: it is necessary to eat only water-melons, from calculation - in day pulp kg on 10 kg of weight of a body (having divided on 5-6 receptions). If thus strongly torments hunger, it is possible to eat 1-2 more chunks of black bread in each reception.
