Nine Day Weight Loss Diet

Nine days which the diet proceeds, are broken into 3 periods for three days each.
The first 3 days of a diet - rice. We eat only fig. to Prepare rice for a diet easy: since evening it is necessary to pre-soak a beaker of dirty rice, to pour out it in boiling water in the morning and to pulpify 10-15 minutes.
