Motley diet

Motley diet - a diet various, but hungry enough. Can take itself in hands, will dump to 4 kg of weight.

To drink it is recommended only water, 1,5-2 litres in day.

The first day: 500 g. vegetables.

The second day: 100 g. fried meat without fat.

The third day: 6 eggs, hard-boiled.

The fourth day: 400 g. boiled beef.

The fifth day: 400 g. boiled fish.

The sixth day: 1 kg of fruits.

The seventh day: 1 kg of fruits.
