Vegetable diet

As it is easy to guess from the name, the vegetable diet has in the basis the use of a various fresh vegetables and greengrocery (carrots, vegetable marrows, a green string bean, cabbage, cucumbers, a paprika, lettuce, a pumpkin, a potato - no more than 2-3 potatoes in day are especially recommended, boiled it is final, onion - napiform and green, a parsley), which norm of consumption - one and a half kg a day. It is possible to do various vegetable salads, filling with their vegetable oil or sour cream.
Except vegetables and greengrocery it is possible to use in small amounts fresh fruit (first of all green apples) - 1-2 pieces in day, oat or corn-flakes (1 ration and not every day), rye or grain bread (1-2 chunks in day), low-fat and unsweetened milk food (milk, yoghurt, yoghourt, sour cream, cottage cheese) - to 200 gramme a day. It is possible to drink water, a nonfermented tea without sugar.
Duration of a vegetable diet - 1 month to dump on it it is possible from 3 to 6 kg. To go on a this diet it is better in the summer-autumn when a fresh vegetables it is a lot of and under the low prices are presented on counters of shops and the markets. To retry a vegetable diet it is recommended not more often than an once in a year.
From the products resolved by a vegetable diet, our organism in a prosperity receives edible cellulose, vitamins and trace elements. The vegetable diet seriously limits amount of protein, fats and carbohydrate, but does not exclude them absolutely, that is minimumly necessary for maintenance of normal functioning of “building materials” the organism receives amount, and in balanced enough parity. It allows to apply a diet during enough long time, after all 1 month to a low-caloric diet - term rather decent.
