According to many Internet sites, the Japanese diet it is developed by experts of Japanese clinic. From here and its name though with a traditional food of Japanese this diet has no anything the general.
As authors of a diet promise, the main output of its application is not growing thin “here and now”, and full re-organisation of a metabolism in an organism thanks to what the proof effect will be conserved a minimum for 2-3 years without any further efforts.
Probably, has no special sense to copy here detailed, painted on days and food intakes the description of the Japanese diet - it can be found in the Internet without any work. For example, on resulted hardly above to the reference. Better, I think, to share own thoughts and impressions of this diet.
First of all it is necessary to tell, that the Japanese diet approaches far not to all. Mainly it is connected by that “Japanese” orders to use almost daily a black coffee in considerable quantities. And it means, that the Japanese diet is counter-indicative to hypertensive persons, slugs, the people, suffering by a sleeplessness or inclined to hypererethism and more at variety of diseases.
The diet of the Japanese diet switches on too a trace amount of vitamins (in particular, redoxons and Е, folic acid, etc.) and practically all major trace elements (potassium, magnesium, calcium, iron). The serious lack of these vital substances throughout almost two weeks can seriously do much harm to your health. I think, however, that it can be avoided, taking over good polyvitamins during a diet and after it. Anyway, in one of sources to me it was not got a direct interdiction for welcome of vitamins and vitamin-mineral complexes during “sitting” on the Japanese diet.
The Japanese diet very low-caloric: in separate days caloricity of a diet falls to 700 kcal. But thus it is offered to use a considerable quantity of fats (to 60 % from the general caloricity of a day diet) both protein and a trace amount of carbohydrate (in separate days less than 15 gramme a day). At such diet it is necessary to be ready to displays: wilt, dizziness, undue fatigability, constant feeling of hunger.
And about long-term, 2-3 years effect from application of the Japanese diet - there were to me at different Internet forums many statements confirming such effect, and more it is more - denying;).
