Nine Day Weight Loss Diet

Nine days which the diet proceeds, are broken into 3 periods for three days each.

The first 3 days of a diet - rice. Final 3 days of a diet - vegetables. 800 gramme of any vegetables - fresh or boiled, but at all salinous, not salted-fermented, not marinated- to eat besides with small rations within day.

All products to prepare and use without sugar, salt and spices. Plentiful drink - not carbonated water and-or a nonfermented tea - not less than two and a half litres a day is necessary. And to drink it is necessary at all during food intake and not right after it. Last food intake according to recommendations should be not later 19.00.

Actually nine-day diet are three successively going three-day monodiets. And based, that is important, on absolutely different products. The rice used in first three days, a product chicken meat - a perfect source of protein, and vegetables by which the diet the Queen orders to be fed last three days, are vitamin-rich also cellulose.
