The major principle of low-calorie diets (that, in general, it is obvious from the name) is a serious restriction of the general caloricity of a diet. To low-caloric it is possible to carry diets, the calorie intake in which does not exceed 1500 large calories a day for women and 2200 for men. Products in these diets can be used the most different.
Low-calorie diets - the most numerous group of diets for growing thin. They are based that at serious restriction of caloricity of a diet the organism for completion of power inputs starts to spend futty stocks at the expense of what there is a weight reduction.
Duration of the majority of low-calorie diets - no more than 14 days. This results from the fact that after this term the organism adapts for a new diet, passes to more “economic” if it is possible so to be expressed, the duty and ceases to burn fat stocks. Besides, during such diet often there is a deficiency of vitamins, trace elements and other vital substances.
The majority of low-calorie diets weight reduction on 5-7 kg allow to achieve. Very important correctly to leave a low-calorie diet. In no event it is impossible to be full at once after diet end. The volume and caloricity of used food should be increased gradually, smoothly and to stop at level hardly below what was for you usual prior to the beginning of a diet. Remember: your organism during a diet adapted for smaller amount of entering calories!
“Sitting” on a low-calorie diet, it is necessary to pay special attention on the maintenance of vitamins, trace elements and mineral substances in used products that decrease in volume of consumed food, refusal of those or other products has not led to a lack of the vital substances. At “sitting” on practically any low-caloric diet it makes sense to take over polyvitamins, vitamin-mineral complexes. In no event it is impossible to reduce physical activity, differently an organism first of all will start up “in a furnace” not futty, and a muscular tissue.
Be very cautious concerning the diets establishing low level of caloricity. There are the diets which diurnal caloricity does not exceed 500 large calories a day. Such diet a little than differs from starvation and is simply hazardous to health! Try to find the diets, allowing not to reduce caloricity below 1000-1200 large calories a day for women, 1700-2000 for men.
