Free Milk Diet

The milk diet description very simple and short: within day to drink 1 litre of milk (on a glass for once, with an interval 2-3 hours). And anything else. And here what is the time you will manage to sustain it… After all this diet, certainly, very heavy.
On many sites there are recommendations to “sit” on a milk diet of 5-7 days and to repeat it in a half-month-month. Certainly, if you sustain such will grow thin very considerably. But only whether such growing thin by irreversible negative consequences for health will turn back?
My opinion - the milk diet should not exceed on duration of three days, and to repeat it it is possible not earlier than in a month. And it is even better than times to do a dairy day of limited intake of food in a week.
