Free English Diet Plan

Dinner (about 300 large calories).
1 variant: 1 potatoes baked in a uniform, 100 gramme of cottage cheese with sweet fruit (or the steamed out dried fruit), a vegetable salad filled with a spoon of sunflower-seed oil, an orange, an apple or a pear.
2 variant: a vegetable broth, 25 gramme of polished brinsen cheese, 1 bun from a whole grain (50 gramme), a pear or an apple.
3 variant: 2 slices of the predried bread, 50 gramme of baked beans or a string bean, 100 gramme of fresh fruit.
4 variant: an omelette from vegetables, cheese and two eggs with tomato slices, green pepper and mushrooms, 1 apple.
Supper (about 500 large calories).
1 variant: hot a dish from beans or a string bean, 100 gramme of fresh fruit.
2 variant: dairy or a vegetable soup, 25 gramme of grated fat-free cheese (brinsen cheese), 1 bun (predried) from a whole grain, 50 gramme of the dried apricots presoaked with cheese.
3 variant: 1 big potatoes baked in a uniform, 60 gramme of baked beans or a string bean, carrots, cabbage, 2 beakers of yoghurt in which some pieces of the grinded dry apricots are added.
The English diet very is low calorie as it is easy to count up, about 1000 large calories, will sustain therefore it uneasy. At the same time a diet diet various enough and balanced, that favourably distinguishes it from the majority of other low-caloric diets. Nevertheless in no event it is impossible to apply an English diet longer one week, to retry it it is possible not earlier than in half a year.
