Cabbage Diet Free

The description of a cabbage diet simple enough:

Breakfast - coffee without sugar, it is possible with substitute of sugar.

Dinner - lettuce from any quantity of cabbage with one spoon of not refined vegetable oil; in day by a dinner one egg, hard-boiled is added.
Supper - 200 gramme of a boiled lean meat or fish or a kefir glass (or natural drinking yoghourt without additives).

To salt nothing. Between the basic food intakes it is possible to eat cabbage in any quantity, but without any additives. Cabbage to use fresh (though, I think if occasionally to indulge myself salted-fermented, anything terrible does not happen). To drink it is possible water or a nonfermented tea, to 2 litres a day.

Duration of a diet - 10 days. Sitting on it assure, that for these 10 days can be dumped to 7 and even to 10 kg. A diet heavy enough, very low-caloric (200 gramme of meat is an order of 500 kcal, an oil spoon - 100, cabbage kg - 300 more). The feeling of hunger during a diet will strongly not torment, as a maw always to eat than fill: the diet does not limit volume of consumed cabbage. But disgust for cabbage can be received on for the rest of the life:)
